The most flexible solution among milling machines
As a length-scalable machine, it combines the enormous stability of a heavy roughing machine with the high dynamics of a finishing machine, coupled with the precision of WALDRICH COBURG. It is ideally suited for die and mold making, mechanical engineering, and the highly productive machining of structural components made of aluminum.

The modular portal milling machine
The MasterTec is the portal machining center for medium-sized and medium-heavy workpieces in modular design. The user industries of this milling machine are tool and general engineering, power plant and turbine construction, diesel engine construction, as well as printing machine and plastics machine construction.

PowerTec
The largest and most powerful portal milling machine
The PowerTec is the largest and most powerful gantry machining center from WALDRICH COBURG. The modular construction kit of this series is very wide-ranging. In addition to the usual size adaptations, the PowerTec can be designed as a table or gantry machine.
Other configuration options for the milling machine include a fixed or height-adjustable crossbeam; single‑, double-table or pallet design, or even the integrated rotary table. Alternatively with 3 + 2 axes or 5‑axes. Different milling supports, in combination with the highly developed WALDRICH COBURG machining units and automatic changing systems for tools and spindle units, ensure efficient machining of a wide variety of workpieces.
The user industries are, for example, power plant and turbine construction, diesel engine construction or general mechanical engineering.

Vertical lathes have been part of our product range since 1997. We are continuously developing these. We also manufacture combined machines with milling and turning supports.

Compact and precise
The vertical turning machining center is designed as a portal construction. The 2 columns and the crossbeam respective the traverse form a closed frame with the foundation, which provides high rigidity and accuracy.
The capability for complete machining can be expanded with the optional movable rotary table (Y‑axis), enabling off-center machining of complex workpieces.
A large number of different tool carriers and spindle units enable efficient machining of a wide variety of workpieces. The machining units are swapped in according to the masterhead principle. Depending on the requirements, highly developed exchange systems for machining units and tools are available.
